Risk Assessment
All door staff will conduct a risk assessment prior to commencing their shift to satisfy themselves that the venue is ready to receive customers. If the venue is already open, then they will conduct checks throughout the evening to ensure fire exits and appliances are unlocked, serviceable and have not been damaged or tampered with in any way.
