Security Training Courses
We pride ourselves on providing highly qualified personnel. To ensure this we organise a number of courses for our staff to attend. These are some courses our staff have attended:-
Door Supervisors Course
A four day course completing all modules with an examination on the fourth day.
Static and Retail Security Guarding
A four day course with an examination at the end
N.B. Those undertaking construction site security will be required to pass a CSES question paper.
CCTV Course
A four day course with an examination on final day of all modules taught.
First Aid Course
A four day course covering first aid knowledge and practical tests throughout and a final knowledge and practical examination on the last day.
Close Protection Course
An intense course over fourteen days (170 hours study). It is a prerequisite that candidates must have undertaken and passed a First Aid at Work course and be in possesion of an SIA license. Candidates should already have in depth knowledge of security matters. Ideal for ex-police or military personnel. An advanced driving skills course would be a distinct advantage. Those holding an SIA door supervisors license have the advantage of conflict management which helps considerably. Knowledge on Health and Safety is desirable.
Vehicle Clamping Course
A two day course with an examination on the second day.
Event Stewarding NVQ Courses
A two day course covering eight modules about event stewarding. There is an examination on the final day. Attendees can, if they wish, progress to NVQ level 3 & 4 once they have been assessed at level 2. An NVQ certificate is awarded on successfully completing the NVQ level course after assessments have been conducted.
